Penn State game day, or better known as the best days of the week. Its time to start drinking at 8am, making it to the tailgating fields, drinking with your best friends parents, and eventually making it into the stadium to watch your Nittany Lions with 107k of your best friends. Arguably one of my favorite parts of game day is the outfits. Some how, the ladies of State College have found a way to take generic PSU t-shirts and little girl cheerleading uniforms, and make them appropriate for college aged students. Regardless if you're rocking the basic cropped t and jean shorts, or you decided to move on to jean skirts, there is no limit to making your game day apparel A1. So here are the best I've found-- and if you think you have something I missed LMK, because game day is never over.
T-shirt dress are all the rage—always have been always will be.
Girls are now starting to appreciate the cheerleader look- going back to the days when wearing their cheerleading uniform all the time was appropriate.
Maybe the traditional white penn state shirt isn't for you, cut a tie dye one- it's almost the same thing and now you're more unique.
Chokers are alllllll the rage now, so cutting your shirt to make it appear as if you have one is just as cool.
More unique choker and tshirt dress mix, and jean skirts scream game day in Happy Valley.
Jean rompers? Yes please! The blue jean is the perfect Penn State blue.
Who says you need to wear white converse? Sandals work just as well.
You can never go wrong with a flannel, no matter how hot game day is.
And if all else fails, crop your top and put on some high socks, you'll be fine.
Happy game day!!
