Since joining Odyssey, even before I've seen a ton of articles titled, "The ABC's of..." But what I haven't seen yet is the ABC's of Odyssey. So, I decided to give it a shot and here it is.

A is for Articles

Because there is an article for everyone on here. You can search for anything and I can guarantee that you'll find the perfect article for you.

B is for Bi-weekly

Writing can be time-consuming and that's why Odyssey offers a bi-weekly writing position.

C is for Community

There are hundreds of different communities here on Odyssey.

D is for Deadlines

With writing comes deadlines.

E is for Edits

Because yes, our content gets edited by our EIC before it gets published.

F is for Feature

Every creator wishes to go viral and be featured on Odyssey's homepage.

G is for Gifs

Gifs are a huge part of Odysseys writer pieces, especially sarcastic pieces.

H is for Headline

Our headlines are what grab the readers attention in the first place.

I is for Ideas

As an Odyssey writer, I can say that I just come up with an idea and write about it.

J is for Journey

Becoming apart of Odyssey is a journey, you start off unsure about tons of things and then you end up loving it and some people get to move up and be on the E-board.

K is for Kindness

Odyssey creators are often spreading kindness and being kind to other creators even if they have opposing opinions.

L is Listicle

A listicle is just an article that's a list. Like this one lol.

M is for Meta

A meta is how something should appear when somethings been googled.

N is for Notes

Writers often start with a few simple notes that they turn into an article.

O is for Opinion

A writers article is their opinion on whatever they choose to write about.

P is for Page Views

The more page views the better.

Q is for Questions

Articles often leave readers with unanswered questions or answers to questions they've always wanted the answers to.

R is for Revisions

Because sometimes you need to revise your content before it's ready for the world to be seen.

S is for Shares

Every creator wants their articles to be shared all over the different social media websites.

T is for Topic

As a writer, you can write about whatever topic you want to.

U is for Unique

Every article, writer, and community is unique and comes up with original material.

V is for Voice

Odyssey is for people to be able to get their voice out and for their voice to be heard.

W is for Writers

Without writers, there would be no Odyssey.

X is for "X"-tra Curricular

Being apart of Odyssey is like being involved in an extracurricular activity.

Y is for Young Adults

Odyssey is a platform for millennials.

Z is for ZZZZ

Often writers are busy with school, homework, and work, so articles get written and finished late at night, right around bedtime lol.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
