Dear Trevor Hall,
I'll never forget the first time I saw you play live at The Gathering of Vibes in Connecticut two years ago. There was something so magical about that day. Your music brings people together in a way many other musicians simply cannot. The messages and lessons you teach in your songs are so powerful. Thank you for using your voice for good and trying to make a difference.
Your music brings happiness, bliss, peace, and unity. Your music heals those who listen closely and understand the messages. Your music is raw, truthful, honest, and comforting. I can instantly feel my spirits lifting when I turn on one of your songs. There's something so surreal about listening to your songs.
I want to thank you for being a musician who stays so humbled and down to earth, even with your growing success. I only paid $22 dollars for my ticket this Tuesday, October 3rd, in Raleigh, and I was close enough to see every detail of your rad tattoos (they are pretty awesome). Many other musicians charge so much that I'll never be able to see them live.
Your performances are like no other I've ever experienced. I can feel the love drifting through the venue like one of your peaceful melodies. The crowd feels like a family and I feel safe when I'm listening to you. This past concert when I saw you, I even came out by myself and was instantly befriended by the couple next to me. I might have been nervous before, but I'm glad I came anyway. Best decision ever.
I'm happy to be among the villagers, who find light and love within your music. I admire your passion and spirituality. It's inspiring to see you've indulged yourself into other cultures and bring what you've learned into your music. I'm so thankful you share that with your fans.
Not only onstage but off-stage you inspire me. You have such a selfless heart and willingness to help and heal others. With all the madness going on, it's great to see you are a light within the world. It's good to know that someone is shining a light into the darkness.
I hope one day someone can make me feel the way your music makes me feel. You and Emory have a love I can only dream of having one day. Thank you for sharing that love with the world so we can all know what to look for.
This is just a short thank you for sharing your music and light with the world. Thank you for bringing peace into a world of chaos, to remind us how beautiful life can truly be. Keep spreading the love and remember just how much of an impact your music makes.
Peace and Love,
Caitlin Maressa
