To My College Best Friend,
When I met you that first day of recruitment, I would never have guessed we ended up how we did. You have been one of my biggest blessings in college. When I am stressed, I know I can count on you to take me to get food and just talk about why something so simple is causing such a commotion in my life. You have literally been my main support while leaving my home state and coming to college here. I hope that I have done the same amount for you.
Thank you for being one of the best roommates that I could have asked for. I have no idea what I would've done without you. Who else would jam to Disney as obnoxiously that you have? Or dealt with me serenading you every day while I was avoiding homework? I would not have dealt with it as much as you have if I'm being honest. But thank you for always joining in on the singing.
Thank you for always being honest with me when I needed it. You always told me when I needed to get work done or when I needed to focus a little more. Even with the boy advice, you were always honest even if I didn't like hearing what you had to say. You always had my best interest in mind as you told me what I needed to hear.
I know that we have had our fights and arguments, but I am so grateful that we have worked through it. I honestly have no idea what I would do if we hadn't. All they have done is build our friendship and make it stronger.
As summer gets closer, I want to tell you that I am going to miss you so much. I cannot wait to visit you sometime within our busy schedules. I promise to FaceTime you as much as I can. I am already ready to see you in August when we are both back at school. Even though we won't be living with each other, I know that we will still have our weekly (not 'roommate' anymore) meals together as well as walking to classes together.
Love,
Your College Best Friend
