A Thank You To Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Delta Pi - Eta Zeta

Dear ADPi,

Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the good times. I didn't even think I would even join a sorority, but through your love and support, I have grown into the woman I am today. I am so thankful for the long nights studying with my sisters, for all of the coffee runs and all-nighters and for all of the movie nights and endless bowls of popcorn.

I am thankful for the accepting individuals who always strive to make sure everyone feels at home. I am thankful for the people who have shown me what it means to be a leader. I am also thankful for those who pushed me out of my comfort zone in order to watch me reach my full potential.

Thank you for white and blue. Thank you for endless song practices at recruitment workshops where I never fail to lose my voice. Thanks for the lyrics to those songs that hold so much meaning to my heart. I will never forget the memories I have shared with so many others in our chapter room, running around in the back of our house, or just driving around talking about how much we have grown over the years within ADPi's halls.

I am also thankful for the challenges along the way. All of these challenges you have given me have taught me life lessons that I will never forget. I am thankful to have women who have helped me get through those challenges day by day.

Alpha Delta Pi, you have given me too much. You have spoiled me with individuals who I have had the privilege to call sisters. I never will know what I did to deserve such selfless, caring, and kind individuals. Thank you for blessing me with my best friends and future bridesmaids. Thank you for allowing me to see such great things in other people, and even for allowing me to see those same great things within myself.

ADPi, you have transformed me and so many other people into the women we always wanted to be, but never thought we could be. I know the thank you's are endless, and trust me, they are still coming. I don't know what I did to deserve a sisterhood like you. Thank you.

Love and Loyally,

An ADPi

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
