Whether you're opposed to getting them or not, it's hard to deny the beautiful artistry that comes with tattoos. Some look so much like real-life paintings that it's hard to believe they're inked into a person's skin. They can be incredible detailed, minimalist, or anywhere in between. Tattooing is not an easy field to get into. It entails permanently needling an illustration into someone's skin. You need to be good. And luckily, with the help of Instagram and other sites, talented artists across the world can showcase just how good they are. Below are a few artists you should definitely be following because their art will absolutely blow you away.

1. Susanne König (@suflanda)

She is out of Immer & Ewing Tattooing in Hamburg, Germany. Her tattoos mainly focus around blackwork. She has a really whimsical element to her art, and it's hard not to appreciate the beautifully delicate lines that she puts into her tattoos. She does these beautiful heart tattoos that are the shape of an anatomical heart with different things inside, like cats, foxes and homes.

2. Megan Massacre (megan_massacre)

If you've ever watched "NY Ink" or "America's Worst Tattoos" on the TLC Channel, you've probably seen Megan's amazing work. She is a tattooer at Grit N Glory in New York City, which she is a co-founder of. Her tattoos are very colorful and detailed. Some look so much like paintings, it's hard to believe they're tattoos on people's skin. She does a lot of realistic-looking pieces. She is crazy talented. Definitely give her Instagram a follow.

3. Matt Cooley (@cooleytattooer)

Out of Rain City Tattoo in Manchester, England, his pieces are not congested with a lot of detail and are really refreshing to look at. They're still very bold and definitely a conversation piece. If you're a big fan of old school tattoos, you will love his work, as most of it is very traditional in nature. He does both color and black, and both are stunning to see.

4. Rich Pineda (@richiebon)

If you're on the hunt for a killer portrait tattoo, this dude is your dude. His portraits are ridiculously realistic. It's hard to wrap your head around that it's a tattoo and not a real photo of a person. The amount of detail he works into his pieces is insane, and it's hard not to be blown away by how good this guy is. He works at Renaissance Tattoo Studio in San Clemente, California.

5. Teresa Sharpe (@teresasharpeart)

Teresa Sharpe is the owner of Unkindness Art in Richmond, Virginia, where she is also an artist. Her art is big, colorful, and detailed, and definitely one that garners a lot of compliments. She has a lot of really beautiful portrait, fantasy-style tattoos that are bold and amazing to look at. Her lines are so crisp and the colors she implements into her pieces are crazy good. Long story short, she's awesome. Check her out.

6. Nate Fierro (@natefierro)

Working out of the supremely famous High Voltage Tattoo (owned by Kat Von D) in Hollywood, California, Nate's art really stands out. From traditional roses to portraits to Star Wars, he does it all. And his lines are so clean. Ugh, he's great. He dabbles in black work and color, both of which are really stunning. He puts a lot of amazing details into his pieces. Dude is crazy talented.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
