WARNING: Spoilers ahead!

I recently finally went and saw "Avengers Infinity War" and I'm still trying to process it. It was a lot to take in and left me with too many emotions to deal with. This movie most certainly lived up to all the hype surrounding it. I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through the year until part two. I'll probably end up watching all the Marvel movies in order over and over again to cope.

I had a very long internal debate with myself leading up to the movie. You see, I have a hard time waiting. If I know something is going to be in multiple parts that I'll enjoy, I tend to wait until they are all out so I don't have to go through the stress of waiting. I considered almost not seeing this movie and waiting, but in the end, I knew that I just had to see it.

I'm very thankful that I didn't run into any spoilers as I wanted to wait until it had been out a week or two so the theater wouldn't be too crowded and I could actually enjoy it. You could also tell the theater knew it would be busy as it has 12 showings.

Now, let's break some of this movie down. The overall story is that Thanos is after the infinity stones. One which was locked away on Xandar (Power), one of which Doctor Strange possessed (Time), one which gave like to Vision (Mind), one that powered the Tesseract (Space), one which is in possession of the Collector on Knowhere (Reality), and the last one which is on Vormir (Soul).

All the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy work hard to stop him but are sadly unable to. The movie literally ends with several of the (19, yes 19 heroes were in this movie) turning to dust and vanishing, and Thanos sitting down smiling. Talk about stress.

I have so many thoughts though after seeing it all. At one point Doctor Strange says he saw over 14 million outcomes, only one of which they win. He also beforehand said that if it came down to protecting the time stone or Tony and Peter Parker, he wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice them both, yet when it actually came down to it, he gave up the stone.

Flash forward to the end, right before he disappears he tells Tony it was the only way. That leaves me thinking that this is how they win. That Thanos has to get the Stones. Sounds crazy, but once again, Strange saw the only outcome that they win in.

I feel like we all also know that despite disappearing, those characters are going to come back. The main reasons I believe so, most only had one movie. I mean, come on. They literally can't die. Also, a lot of people theorize that their vanishing has to do with the soul stone, so my guess is that once they're able to get a hold of it somehow, they will be set free.

All I know is, part 2 can't come fast enough. I knew leading up to this that the movie was going to piss me off and end with such a cliffhanger. Though it did set up Captain Marvel, so I'm a tad bit excited to see where this goes.

For those of you who have seen the movie please tell me your thoughts, people vent to me because I still want to vent as well. In fact, I'm going to be venting it about it for the next year.

Avengers, I'm waiting.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
