I woke up to see "Taco Bell" trending on Twitter, and I was confused. Taco Bell doesn't really trend on Twitter...like EVER. So naturally, I clicked to see what it was about.
Low and behold, there are rumors Taco Bell might be discontinuing some items...again. If you don't remember, they JUST discontinued items, like the XXL burrito, in the fall of 2019 (RIP XXL burrito, I'll forever miss you).
As a Taco Bell customer, I was shocked to see what items are rumored to be discontinued soon. Here is the list, so far, that I have seen: Quesaritos, Loaded Grillers, Beefy Frito Burritos, Spicy Tostadas, 7-Layer Burritos, Triple Layer Nachos, Nachos Supreme, and all potato offerings.
Personally, I know that some of these items are popular amongst customers, so I am extremely confused as to WHY. Like the quesaritos? Or the nachos supreme? ANOTHER burrito, gone???
While these have yet to be confirmed by Taco Bell themselves, an employee posted about it on Reddit. Maybe they're just messing around knowing the internet would go crazy over this unfortunate news? Or maybe they aren't.
Listen, I loved the XXL burrito and am STILL sad it's gone. Now they want to take away the nachos supreme and quesaritos? No, pleaaaase don't!!
I guess time will only tell. Taco Bell, we need answers!
