The secret to a good relationship? Surprising your significant other with Chipotle and putting family first—according to our latest #RelationshipGoals featured couple, Blake and Chad.

Blake and Chad met in high school and sort of fizzled out. But years later, the two rekindled on Facebook and instantly sparked up again. In the years that had passed since last meeting, both Chad and Blake had dated (and even married!) other people. But their love has proven to be super strong—just wait until you hear how he proposed.

What are your favorite memories together?

Blake: Wrapping Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews. I was so busy earlier in the month that I hadn't had time. Everything was in my trunk already so after I got the last things I needed we sat in his living room one night watching TV and wrapping gifts together. It was actually pretty cute and sweet until he burped in the middle of the Snapchat I was trying to take.

Chad: Now it's gonna look like I'm just copying her but I always tell people about us wrapping presents together. It was just a good night. But right after that would be when she brought my dog to pick me up from the airport.

When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
