1. Don't Panic
Although your first instinct when you realize you have 5 finals every day of the week is to freak out, you need to calm yourself and not be like anxious Jess!
2. Eat Well-Balanced Meals
The last thing you want happening is to hear your stomach growl while taking your finals. And, no one can study well while being hangry like Winston. Eat something filling before your final so that you are energized.
3. Get Enough Sleep
Pulling an all-nighter might seem like a good idea at first, but there is a slight chance you might oversleep and miss your final! Make sure you get 6-9 hours of sleep so that you are alert and ready for your final.
5. Limit Distractions
The temptation to check your phone for texts, scroll through insta, and send snaps is real, but try setting your phone aside to the other side of the room.
6.Realize That Grades Do NOT Define You
Yes, we are pressurized into thinking that we need a 4.0 to be successful. But, 20 years down the line, it won't matter that you scored a B- on your Calculus final. Try to have a relaxed attitude like Cece.
7. Believe In Yourself!
Be confident that you can ace your test! You've worked hard all semester, your hard work will pay off. Give yourself pep talks like Schmidt if it helps.
8. Treat Yourself Once Finals Are Over
After racking your brain and sitting through endless exams, pat yourself on the back. You deserve to celebrate the end of finals and the end of the semester!
