About two years ago I found Cassey Ho, who is a popular Popstar. She isn't just any Popstar, she's a Pop Pilates Star! This is far from your regular workouts or yoga. These are hardcore workouts that make you feel powerful and confident. Cassey is so understanding even through a computer screen. She makes you feel like your in a private class, and she can basically read your mind while you're doing each work out. I am all in for what she stands for, she empowers people to love themselves and love healthy living. I hope that these workouts will open your mind to some new and fun workouts, along with checking out Cassey for even more!

Good luck, this burns but your inner thighs will thank you in the future.

Plank into Froggers

This is not only going to give you an ab workout, but also some cardio! Gotta love getting two done at once.

Narrow Squat Circles

Next, you're just going to take your leg behind you and just make a circle, and then switch legs in between. They may seem simple, but try it before you speak, I dare you!

Prayer Pulses

This is a nice way to tone your arms without having to lift heavy weights. They're also super quick so you can do them before your day starts!

Golf Balls

Just small circles will do the trick here.

Side Plank Crunches

You can also extend your legs out for an even more intense workout. There's always a way to make it easier if something is too difficult, but Cassey reassures you that it takes practice and you will get stronger with time.

Jump Squats

This is going to get tone up your thighs so nicely along with adding cardio.

Scissors

An easy exercise to help with your thighs and abs!

Obliques

You're going to get the hour glass shape with this one. Its definitely going to get you ready for the beach!

Waist Whittlers

Your abs are gonna burn tomorrow!

Over all Cassey has changed my life with workouts. After leaving high school and my fitness teacher, I didn't know where to turn to other than myself. But Cassey can get me through it with the motivation I need! She understand what people go through with body issues and she is there for support, she even shared her own body story on her channel. She is so motivational and inspiring to watch and workout with. I hope some day I get to be in a Pop class!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
