About two years ago I found Cassey Ho, who is a popular Popstar. She isn't just any Popstar, she's a Pop Pilates Star! This is far from your regular workouts or yoga. These are hardcore workouts that make you feel powerful and confident. Cassey is so understanding even through a computer screen. She makes you feel like your in a private class, and she can basically read your mind while you're doing each work out. I am all in for what she stands for, she empowers people to love themselves and love healthy living. Narrow Squat Circles
Next, you're just going to take your leg behind you and just make a circle, and then switch legs in between. They may seem simple, but try it before you speak, I dare you!
Prayer Pulses
This is a nice way to tone your arms without having to lift heavy weights. They're also super quick so you can do them before your day starts!

Just small circles will do the trick here.
Side Plank Crunches
You can also extend your legs out for an even more intense workout.There's always a way to make it easier if something is too difficult, but Cassey reassures you that it takes practice and you will get stronger with time.

Over all Cassey has changed my life with workouts. After leaving high school and my fitness teacher, I didn't know where to turn to other than myself. But Cassey can get me through it with the motivation I need! She understand what people go through with body issues and she is there for support, she even shared her own body story on her channel. She is so motivational and inspiring to watch and workout with. I hope some day I get to be in a Pop class!
