Hi Friends,

I wanted to start off by thanking you for constantly being there for me and listening to my problems on a daily basis. It's hard to find people that will actually take the time and patience to be constant as well as present in your life. I will always appreciate the times that we spent together as mornings became afternoons, and evenings turned into nights. We would spend hours upon hours together and every single one would mean the absolute world to me. It's the people that you don't even realize you're with 24/7 that make your days so memorable. As summer is approaching and i'm reflecting on my year, i've been thinking about the mark that each and every one of you has left on my life. It's the times that I didn't know how to handle a situation and you listened to me for an hour and we came to a conclusion in which I realized that you cared about me and what I strived to be within my life. You may not think those words meant much at the time but in the long run it truly impacted the results of those conflicts that were such a struggle to deal with at the time.

Having a support system that makes you love every day of your life is the best feeling that comes with having friends. It's always weird thinking about how life would be if I never met you guys, because I am a firm believer that every one of you has changed my life in some way. Everything happens for a reason and each of you came into my life at different times to show me different things. I feel as if each person in this world has a place and a purpose and if you're lucky enough to meet someone that feels the same way as you, consider yourself extremely fortunate. Most of your friends have the same morals as you as well as the same feelings about life and why it's so important to make every day count. These people become your life long friends and the one's that you lean on for encouragement and support.

It's significant to to be able to hold those values within yourself and find them in others as well. I will always appreciate the skills of each and every one of you to bring out the best qualities that I hold within myself. It's interesting to see each of you evolve as I do too within the time we spend together and the days that we don't talk and reconnect once again. I think that the hardest thing about leaving this year behind, will be not seeing you all for just a few months. Yes, three months isn't too horrible but I will miss you all regardless due to the impact that you've all left on my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
