Sometimes, it's just too hot to cook, turn on the stove, or even be a productive human. To help you out, here are ten recipes that require minimal to no cooking, but are still certifiably delicious. Even better, these recipes are all vegetarian!

1. Gazpacho

Green Gazpacho is beautiful chilled Spanish soup made with cucumbers and other fresh produce. All you need is your blender!

2. Hummus

Hummus is a delicious immune-boosting snack. But, it can also be used in sandwiches, salads, or bowls. Hummus is also very versatile so you can mix it up with some garlic or roasted red peppers!

3. Tabouli

Salads are a great way to beat the heat when the heat waves hit. Tabouli is light but filling Mediterranean salad that is really easy to make! I sometimes substitute quinoa for bulgar and prepare large batches of the grain ahead of time, so I don't have to turn on the stove when I want to eat.

4. Chickpea Salad

Chickpea salads take almost no time to prepare, even less time time to eat, but keep you full for a long time.

5. Overnight Oats

You didn't think I forgot about breakfast, did you? This is technically more than one recipe, but overnight oats are really easy to experiment with, so you don't feel like you're eating the same thing every day.

6. Green smoothie

Green smoothies are a great way to start your morning! They literally take minutes to make!!

7. Burrito Bowl

Burrito bowls offer familiar but delicious flavors!

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
