You'll often find me with a cup of coffee at my desk. The fact of the matter, though, is that I absolutely loathe the taste of coffee. The effects of caffeine are what I'm really after. If you're anything like me and want a better and healthier alternative to help you stay awake, here are a few to try out.
Take a breakĀ
Do something fun for a few minutes. Talk to friends or call home- do something engaging that helps wake you up.
Take a nap
Okay, this involves some sleep, but just enough to help you power through the rest of your long night. Take at least a 20 minute nap to reenergize.
Get fresh air
Don't be stuck inside for hours end. Step out and get some fresh air to help you wake up.
