Boom! Summer is gone and Fall semester is here. You start panicking. Where did the time go?! I am not ready to wake up and go to class! We all have those realizations the first week of classes and who can better relate to our struggles? The cast on the show "The Office." Michael understands our pain. Stanley understands our struggle to stay awake. Jim understands our annoyance with professors.

Here are 11 things we can all relate to in the beginning of the Fall semester.

1. When you have an 8am class and have to start waking up at at the butt crack of dawn!!!

I am still in college. Let me sleep in before I become an actual adult. I'll just hit the snooze button 20 times.

2. You fall asleep in your 8am because there is not enough coffee in the whole universe to keep you awake when you should be sleeping in your nice, comfy bed.

Why did I sign up for a 8am class? Oh that is right, ALL THE OTHER TIMES WERE TAKEN! Ugh, now back to sleep.

3. Thinking about how your social life is going to diminish drastically because you have to study 24/7 now.

You start to question everything. Why did I choose to go to college at all? Who am I? How did I get here?

4. It is only day one of syllabus week and you are already over the semester.

I need to graduate and get the heck out of here! Just give me my degree. I promise I know everything already.

5. When you look at where your classes are and you realize they are farther away from each other than you remembered.

WHY MUST I WALK THIS FAR?!?! Should of wore tennis shoes and not my cute boots today *internally yells at self*

6. How you feel when a professor tells you have a quiz and paper due the following week after syllabus week.

Professor, do you not understand that this is just too much work for us peasant college students?

7. Realizing you got to class early enough on the first day to pick the seat you want.

This is my unassigned assigned seat thank you very much. I will care for it and cherish it this whole semester.

8. Or you get to class late and have to sit on the floor since the seats are all taken.

Act like you cannot be seen. Just do not turn around and it will feel like no one is judging you for being late.

9. You come home after getting all your assignments and you are so stressed you start freaking out.

What am I going to do? Should I drop out and live on a beach? That seems to be my only option at this point.

10. Realizing you did not leave your apartment early enough to get good parking so you have to go all the way up to the top of the parking deck.

Well, I guess this is my workout for the day.

11. Even though you are overwhelmed and not sure what to do, you know that you will get through the semester because you did before, like a boss!

Have some faith in yourself. You got this!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
