By the time this article is out, a weekend has passed with 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' out in theaters, a new addition to the popular film series.

After this being my second Star Wars movie I've seen in theaters (the first one being 'Rouge One'), and as a new fan that jumped into the hype the beginning of 2017, I strongly recommend watching this film for multiple reasons.

The story-line itself sets a new beginning. You don't need to see other Star Wars movies to watch 'The Last Jedi.'

Have you ever seen any other Star Wars films, or finished the series? No problem! What I really enjoyed about this film is how it doesn't really require knowing much about the Star Wars universe in order to watch and understand it.

The movie is set for you to easily point out who is good and bad, and what the characters are trying to do. If you are confused at some points during the film, trust me, either a backstory is revealed or simply everyone else is confused too.

In this movie, without giving away much, takes on many risks and heads towards the start of a new adventure.

It seems as though "the past" of Star Wars is being left behind, as stated from Kylo Ren at one point, and after watching the movie, I can definitely say that I have no clue what the next chapter of the trilogy will be about, for the story can literally go down any path.

If you want to become a fan of the series, but is unsure, I recommend watching this film for a taste. HOWEVER, it is better and more enjoyable if you watch all the prior films, of course.

You will laugh and get emotional every moment.

As the first Star Wars film to take on the addition of jokes and humor, it does not fail to bring laughter in the room.

The tone of what will be the next two hours of the movie is set from the very beginning, but don't worry, the producers did not abandon those extraordinary and shocking moments as they are spread throughout the story.

This does not only apply to the story line, but also the visuals and entire experience of the film. From the fighters' sharp speeds across outer space to the blasters booming through the speakers, you will be left in awe to see how the sci-fi universe has evolved over the years on screen.

In terms of sounds and music, John Williams once again exceeds in thematically delivering the classic Star Wars music we are all familiar with, giving 'The Last Jedi' that same nostalgic feeling we all encounter with 'The Empire Strikes Back'.

Lastly, the new tricks and moves that take occur in the film will leave you speechless.

If you have been a Star Wars fan, or not, you will be surprised on the different approaches 'The Last Jedi' takes during battles and missions.

My favorite scene of the movie, and one of the biggest highlights, is one that I have questioned throughout all Star Wars films. And the way it's visually showcased is just amazing.

Although I cannot spoil the scene I'm talking about, I can promise you that it leaves the movie, and entire theater, in awe and dead silence.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
