It's that time of the year again. Brace yourself... midterms are coming! This means you are going to barricade yourself in the library for one week straight, drink an insane amount of coffee, and lose many nights of sleep until the hell week is over.
Here are the 13 stages of studying for a midterm:
1. Your midterm is still two weeks away so you can just chill for now.
2. Two days before the test you realize you actually need to start studying.
3. You decide that the only solution is to cram all the material in one night.
4. Then you realize that wasn't a very smart move...
5. Your brain is overloaded with too much information.
6. You start to freak out and panic.
7. You chug a gallon of coffee hoping to regain your focus.
8. Your eyes are closing, but you force yourself to stay awake to finish the last chapter.
9. The day of the test you feel so tense and nervous.
10. Your friends keep asking you if you feel prepared.
11. During the test, you can't remember anything.
12. You walk out of the test brain dead.
13. And finally, you get to go to sleep until it is time to start studying for your next midterm.
