The cold winter weather is upon us, and with that comes many ups and downs. One of those downs is chapped lips. It seems like we all experience the horrors of chapped lips no matter what we try.

1. The Beginning

This is how your lips start before the cruel winter temperatures come and rip them apart.

2. The cold has come

Once it gets cold, we will do anything to get some chapstick.

3. Lip care isn't always cheap

Finding the right chapstick is not cheap, but worth every cent.

4. For the best results, apply at all times

Once we find the chapstick we love, we put it on 24/7.

5. It's a look

We never really take into consideration what we look like while putting on chapstick, but as long as it makes our lips happy, we’ll continue.

6. Our lips can make us feel self-conscious

Going through social media is hard because it appears that other people are not suffering from chapped lips.

7. The end is near

When you realize there are only a few more weeks of winter left, it’s the greatest news ever told.

The best part of cold weather ending is knowing that chapped lips season is over. Cherish the warm weather and healthy lips while you can.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
