Spooky season is one of the best times of the year since you can dress up and enjoy the beautiful weather and nature outside! Fall is the time to get cozy under the blankets and sip a cup full of hot apple cider and get your tasks done! After you complete your tasks (aka homework) you need to get outside and have some fun (spooky season style of course!) Some of my favorite things to do in the fall is to spend time outside with the leaves transitioning into colors and falling off tree branches, and of course pumpkin patches!! Read below to find out some more things to cross off your spooky season bucket list!

what is not to love about pumpkin patches? You get to pick out a cute lil pumpkin and take cute pics with some hot apple cider in your hand.

2. Scary Movie Marathon

3. Pumpkin Seeds

Uhm, after carving your pumpkin, I hope you are not the person who throws out their pumpkin seeds-- I hope you cook them! Even if you do not like pumpkin seeds someone else does, so make them as a gift for someone else!

4. Freak Fest

I do not really feel the need to explain this one. Just go, you will not forget it and memories will be made

5. Haunted House

Haunted Houses (or forests) are a huge trend this fall. Yes, they can be scary and fun but go with your spook squad of girls or with your partner! You will not forget the adrenaline feel and memories that will be made.

6. Decorating your Interior

Making your apartment all fall like is SO cute-- especially little pumpkins everywhere and the cute window stickers.

7. Cute Snacks --Pillsbury Ready To Bake Pumpkin and Ghost Cookies

Uhm who does not enjoy eating cookies and they are so easy to make and cute and delicious--do I need to go on???

8. Trying everything Pumpkin Flavor

The best thing about fall and spooky season is pumpkin flavor everything, so make sure you try that pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin milkshakes, and that pumpkin pie! I am sure you will miss it once winter season starts and spooky season has passed.

Who doesn't enjoy dressing up and going out for a night! You get a new identity every year based on what you have choose to dress up as.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
