How To Spend A Day The Right Way

It doesn't matter how a day goes if you remember these two things.

Okay so this is me trying out a new format.

A day doesn't have to be perfect. A day might not even be perfect but what is true about a day is that it is 86,000 seconds long. But all you have to remember is two things.

Don't sweat the small stuff

There are only 86,000 seconds in a day. There might be things that you like but there are also things that you don't like. If you sweat the small stuff you either make yourself worry or devalue yourself which isn't wise. You need to let go of the little things in order to keep your self confidence and state of mind in check. Don't worry you are worth it.

Do celebrate your small successes

There are only 86,000 seconds in a day. There might be things that you don't like but there are things that you will like. If you have a small success in anything celebrate it. Celebrating your small successes will build you up and guess what you are totally worth it. You are an amazing person and don't let anyone take it from you.

If you remember these two things it doesn't matter if a day is perfect. It doesn't matter if you fail a day. It also doesn't matter if a day is not going how you want it to. The day is anything that you want it to be. A day is what you make of it. So Carpe Diem. If you have this mindset and remember these two things you are on fire.

Carpe Diem
