4 Songs That You Should Smash Goals To Now

So, summer has arrived, and I am still working on my summer body. A few setbacks with changes and mayhem have set me here at this point, as of today I am a size 14 and I am working out now on my lower belly and it is time to put in work. What better way than to start than with these four songs that have me feeling it in every other aspect of life right now so why not while I am working out! I offer these four songs as a suggestion to listen to while you are putting in work at the gym. Lets' Go!

1. Nicki Minaj – "Win Again"

Nicki Minaj – Win Again

From her album, The Pink Print Ms Minaj gives us a playout of her rank and who she is on Win Again. This song is a great way to get some blood rushing and ambition flowing. Not too fast – paced, Win Again is great for stretching and getting ready to get into your more active workouts.

2. NERD- "Lemon"

NERD- Lemon

If you are a NERD, then you already know that Lemon is dope, the song which gets hype with edgy lyrics will get you in the mood and ready to get your blood pumping for your workout. Squats are definitely a great way to start with this song. With jumpy dope beats, this song is also a great way to get a good dance session in if I must say so myself.

3. Kevin Gates- "No Love"

Kevin Gates- No Love

Now a very controversial artist but No Love by Kevin Gates is a great high flow song that will get your energy going and the push you are seeking in your workouts. I've successfully pushed myself through workouts with this song which goes hard in many ways. Explicit but you'll never forget how much you got through with it, No Love

4. Jay Rock ft Kendrick Lamar Future- "Kings Dead"

Jay Rock ft Kendrick Lamar Future- Kings Dead

Finally, Kings Dead by Jay Rock ft Kendrick Lamar Future, no words right now. So, I am just now hearing this song, so it is very new to me. Kendrick Lamar has just proven again how golden 87 is yes as well as Rock showing us how hard he goes with his talent as well love it! Dancing session with this one as well so it is sure to gets some carbs burned and blood flowing Definitely give this one a listen to!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
