Yeah, sometimes life can be stressful.

Sometimes it's hard to get everything done. We spend so much of our lives feeling upset about all of our tasks and the things we cannot get done. Most of the time, we forget to pat ourselves on the back for the little victories we have each and every day.

If you're feeling stressed, here's a list of small victories to celebrate each day and each week.

1. First and foremost, congrats on waking up this morning!

2. And getting out of bed.

3. Organizing anything.

4. Doing your laundry.

5. Making your bed.

6. Reading the news.

7. Checking your e-mails.

8. Calling your mom back.

9. Finishing all of your reading for class.

10. Cleaning your room.

11. Washing the dishes.

12. Going for a walk.

13. Getting yourself to the gym.

14. Making a great cup of coffee.

15. Brushing your hair.

16. Not tripping over the curb.

17. A good parking job.

18. Cooking yourself something delicious.

19. Waking up early and being productive.

20. Getting to sleep in and be lazy.

21. Spelling a word correctly when you didn't think you did.

22. Crossing things off your to-do list.

23. Finding a great parking spot.

24. Hanging out with a friend.

25. Realizing your own small victories.

26. Picking out a great outfit.

27. Putting on matching socks.

28. Having a full tank of gas.

29. A full refrigerator.

30. Celebrating your own small victories.

If you're having a rough day, remember all of the small victories you have already accomplished. Don't be too hard on yourself, you'll make it through!

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
