It’s been 12 years since Mary-Kate and Ashley’s last on-screen appearance together. 12 whole years. It still feels like yesterday that the duo was dominating our TV screens with movies such as Passport to Paris and Our Lips are Sealed. They made little girls yearn to go on adventures and accidentally eat escargot, or be entered into the witness protection program and end up living in Australia with cute boyfriends. Mary-Kate and Ashley are deeply missed by an entire generation of girls who grew up watching them adventure through life (and many countries).

Here are 15 things you'll still hold true if you are a remaining Mary-Kate and Ashley fan:

1. Your favorite Barbies were the Mary-Kate and Ashley ones.

You still find them in your house occasionally, all 50 different versions.

2. You will NEVER forget the lyrics to the “You’re Invited” theme song.

“If it’s up to me you’ll R.S.V.P.”

3. You have a favorite twin and it never has and never will change.

I just don’t understand how people prefer Mary-Kate to Ashley.

4. When they were selling their brother for 50 cents, you wanted to do the same.

Even if you didn’t have a brother, you wanted one to sell.

5. The Trench Coat Twins will forever be the greatest crime-solving duo.

“Solve any crime before dinnertime.”

6. You credit Mary-Kate and Ashley’s sleepover song for teaching you to spell “pizza”.

Not sure why they put anchovies on it though…

7. They somehow always made you wish that you had a long-lost twin identical sister.

You’re still disappointed that fantasy never came true.

8. They are the reason you are obsessed with traveling the world.

Because who wouldn’t want to fall in love with a different boy in every country?

9. The tribute to all the Mary-Kate and Ashley movies during the end of "The Challenge" is still a tearjerker for you.

But at least we get to see what all of their past on-screen boyfriends are up to.

10. Dualstar Entertainment put out all of your favorite movies.

"It Takes Two", "Billboard Dad", "Switching Goals", "Holiday in the Sun", "Passport to Paris", "When in Rome", "Getting There", "Winning London", "Our Lips Are Sealed", "The Challenge", and "New York Minute" changed your entire childhood.

11. You’ve seen every episode of “So Little Time”.

The show may have only lasted a season, but you have that season on DVD so it’s okay.

12. You refuse to throw out your Mary-Kate and Ashley VHS tapes.

You might need them one day.

13. And you will NEVER forget their animated spy series.

And yes, I had those dolls too.

14. You will always be able to tell the difference between Mary-Kate and Ashley.

C’mon people, how do you get that wrong?

15. You will never get over them declining the opportunity to appear in “Fuller House”

What’s a “Full House” reunion without Michelle Tanner??!

Time might go one. But, the memories of watching Mary-Kate and Ashley as kids will never fade. We'll always miss Mary-Kate and Ashley.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
