Urban dictionary describes basic as "only interested in things mainstream, popular, and trending." We've all had our basic moments, so here are 20 signs you're as basic as they come.

1. You watch The Bachelor

You probably know way too much about the contestants, and you may even follow them on Instagram.

2. You've had/have ombre hair

AKA "balayage."

3. You love Starbucks

The baristas probably know you and you have definitely ordered your drinks "skinny" before.

4. You have been to a music festival, like Coachella


Did you go for the Instagram photoshoot or the music? The world may never know.

5. You follow the Kardashians on social media.

You're probably still wondering "is Kylie actually pregnant?", and you have definitely bought one of her lip kits.

6. You wear Lululemon more than you go to the gym.

Wearing Lululemon is your motivation to workout.

7. You have white converse.

And you definitely have worn them to music festivals, parties, etc.

8. You have an Instagram "theme"

You will sometimes post random photos as "theme" fillers.

9. You use VSCO to edit your Instagrams.

You probably love the filters A6 and C1.

10. You send your friends multiple Instagram options saying something like "Which one?"

And they all give you different answers, only complicating your life.

11. You own something marble.

Probably a phone case or laptop cover.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
