As finals season approaches, many college students are finding ways to relieve their stress and try to focus. Even between all of that studying and internal screaming, you deserve a break.
Here are five shows to enjoy during that break that will help make that stress and anxiety tolerable:
1. "The Office"
Why cringe at your own finals when you can cringe at Michael Scott's humor and outrageous behavior? Just watch the "Mikes Tots" episode and you'll understand what it really means to be stressed.
2. Any cooking show
Some still see these as stressful but, for me, it's so comforting. Watching these amateur chefs slightly under-cook their beef wellingtons makes you feel more stressed for them. Especially when it's a Gordon Ramsay show!
3. "Adventure Time"
This cute little gang of friends is sure to perk any stressed student up during finals. With all the adventures laced with funny and beautiful messages, this is one to binge during the study breaks.
4. Any "Real Housewives" Show
These women get stressed and whine about ANYTHING. It's comforting to see them create their own problems and watch them be stressed instead of worrying about your own.
5. "Friends"
These twenty-somethings become your friends after a few episodes and you know that they will be there for you. Imagine having them sitting next to you during your test and prepare to relax! (and maybe burst out laughing)
