1. Grey's Anatomy

Basic, I know. But whether you're a male or female, Grey's will leave you wanting to watch more. There's so much drama and intensity in every episode and it's truly addicting.

2. Friday Night Lights

This show is for all of the athletes out there, especially high school football players. Even girls will love FNL. The show is based out of a small town in Texas, and is all about a high school football team and their journey through playoffs each year. It's super funny and realistic, and everyone loves them some Tim Riggins. Texas Forever.

3. Friends

Friends is a perfect go-to when you're not in the mood to get overly emotional or take 45 minutes to watch one episode. It's an instant mood-lifter, and is perfect for watching while you're doing other things like homework, getting ready, packing, etc.

4. The Office

If you haven't watched every episode of the Office at least twice, what are you doing with your life? But really, you need to watch it if you haven't. Every character is so funny in their own way and you're undoubtedly going to spend most of every episode laughing.

5. The Carrie Diaries

For all of you girls out there who have an inner desire to be thriving in New York as a writer and fall in love, this is it for you. Sadly they cancelled the last season, so be ready for heartbreak in the last episode.

6. Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad is interesting and captivating on so many levels. Once you start, you really can't stop.

7. The Vampire Diaries

Not many people like The Vampire Diaries, but if you like romance and drama, I highly suggest it. You're definitely going to lose track of time when you watch it, just because after each episode you feel like you have to watch the next one. Team Damon, by the way.

8. Stranger Things

It's eerie, it's unique, and it's entertaining. If you like mysteries, jump into this one.
