Ah, fried rav. One of the, if not the best, meals you could have on campus of all time. Talk to an upperclassman about fried ravioli and risk them drooling all over you and begging for one of your meal swipes. If you've never tried it before, and are maybe looking for a push to try it, you're in the right place! Take this quiz to determine whether or not you should drop what you're doing RIGHT NOW to go get some.

Question 1: Are you breathing?

If yes: why are you even questioning it? Yes! Go get some!

If no: you are either dead or holding your breath. If it's the latter, then yes, continue this quiz. If it's the former, I give you permission to stop reading, but I do wonder how you're reading if you're dead. If you're not really dead, go get yourself some rav. Or even if you are dead, being dead is most likely much better with some rav.

Question 2: Are the dining halls open?

If yes: you're on the right track! Check the menu and see if there is fried rav on there. If it's not, don't fret! Refer to the other option of this question

If no: what time is it? Is the Hungry Cat open? If it is, go smack some fried rav! If not, and the dining halls don't have it on a particular day you're taking this quiz, right now is not your time, but your time will come.

Question 3: So I'm at the Hungry Cat/Nelson or Shively when there is rav, but there's something I want a little more. Do I really want rav?

If yes: GET. IN. THERE. Get that rav, get that sauce, or dip it in something that better suits you! It's vegetarian if that's your thing, and so delicious that you'll be looking for it every day.

If no: Rethink. You probably want ravioli. Unless you can't eat them due to a dietary restriction. But, in my honest opinion, if it's not deadly, I'd yolo it (totally kidding please don't cause yourself for fried rav even tho it's the best thing you could ever eat).

I really thought I could take this further, but as it turns out, the question really is that simple. You should, most likely, drop whatever you're doing to go get some. In fact, I think I'm going to stop writing this article right now to go and get some, so, bye!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
