Have you ever had a chocolate chip potato chip cookie? What about an almond crunch? No?! Well fear not! Here are seven incredibly delicious cookie recipes that simply don't get the credit they deserve. Try one..or two..or all of them.

1. Chocolate Chip Potato Chip Cookie

Okay, so I've only had these like twice in my life. They looked like regular chocolate chip cookies, but they are so much more aMaZiNg!! The potato chip adds that ~salty~ to the sweetness of the basic choco chip. Want to take a whack at 'em and make a batch? Here's a recipe!

2. Andes Mint Cookie

I'm not a huge fan of mint and chocolate together, unless it has something to do with Andes mint chocolates. Get that peppermint out of my hot cocoa and instead, give me one of these. Andes mint cookies will always have a place in my heart

3. Dark Chocolate Pistachio Sea Salt Cookies

Now I'm not a huge fan of pistachios, but these cookies look and sound bomb af. They might be the key to turning me around...

4. Almond Crunch Cookie

I've never actually tried these ones, but the description of the cookie made my mouth water just a tad. That and who doesn't like almonds?

5. No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

No-Bake cookies in general are SO underrated. They're literally cookies, that you don't have to bake! Not turning on the oven in an already warm house is a plus for me. Jazz up these simple cookies by adding something new, like toffee!

6. HIMYM's Sumbitch Cookies

As I ran out of non <basic> cookie ideas, I asked around for some recipes. After, I just had to look into these "sumbitch cookies" from How I Met Your Mother. As described in one episode, the cookie is "crisp, chocolatey, caramel and peanut butter cookies that are naughty in all the right ways," and I couldn't describe it better myself. 7. Sugar Cookies!

You didn't think I'd forget this classic did ya??? Sugar cookies are the bomb.com, and they just get taken for granted. As a firm believer in equality and support, I hereby grant this basic cookie the highest honor of deliciousness. Recipe? Please don't tell me you actually need one..

So there ya have it folks. I have blessed you with the best, and maybe the most unique, cookies ever. Blow your family's taste buds away with these wonderful cookies that you may have forgotten about, or simply didn't appreciate enough. BRB..drooling!! :P
