Hello, seniors of 2018! Graduation is weeks away and I know you’re just dying to be done already. You’re about to be out of class A LOT (doing senior exclusive things, of course!), but nothing is over just yet.

Look, I know things are crazy and about to get even crazier, but try and enjoy yourself as much as you can. The end of senior year has many battles, as well as, many victories. It’s a stressful time that can sometimes take away the joy that graduating brings. Don’t let the little stressors take away your big reward! You earned this yourself and should take it all in.

With all of the stress you need to allow yourself some time to unwind and slow down. Senior year goes fast enough without you having to rush it. Enjoy yourself and the people around you, because you won’t get these days back. If you’re too busy wanting everything to go faster, you’ll miss out on all that’s going on right now.

I know, I know, you’re tired of school and ready for it to be over. You still have grades due and they need to be good ones. You may not think senior year grades count, but trust me they do. Don’t just give up on your assignments and think you’re going to be fine. Most colleges require your freshman through junior transcript and your final transcript, which means your senior year does indeed count.

You’re about to graduate school just to, maybe, go on and do more school! Yay! College is right around the corner and you need to be spending as much time as you can with your friend and family, especially. They’re going to miss you and whether you want to admit it or not, you’re going to miss them, too.

It’s time to give yourself some love, you’re about to finish +12 years of school. All those times you thought you wouldn’t make it this far or would never graduate, you’re finally here! Be proud of yourself, you deserve it.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
