Every year starts the same: a montage of highlighters and fresh notebooks to make students across the country feel secure in the impending doom that is another college semester. Somewhere towards the third or fourth week you only have one highlighter left and all of your notebooks are crumpled and have tear stains. By finals, you're lucky if you have a mechanical pencil with no led and a piece of paper that doesn't have 30 different doodles on it. Every year starts out the same, but nothing could have led me to anticipate how different senior year would be. This is my journey through my senior year in college thus far, as told by GIFs:
Applying for graduation
While also applying to graduate school,
And keeping up with an internship.
Working a job you'll be leaving soon,
And paying bills while your friends are partying,
But also trying to make time for a life
And family
And "me" time
And homework, because you do still need to actually make it graduation.
All while eating healthy, exercising, drinking enough water, and getting plenty of sleep...
We can do this! May isn't that far away...right?
