Once students return from their spring break festivities (or hibernation), the on-campus crunch to complete the semester takes hold of the student body. Whether you're a freshman or a senior, the struggle to cross the finish line is harder than ever with summer waiting for exasperated students on the other side. But have no fear. Our friends the Belcher family from FOX's "Bob's Burgers" get the struggle, and here are 20 ways in which they feel the average college kid's struggle just to make it to summer break.

1. When winter ends and you finally emerge from your dorm:

Bring on Spring Fever.

2. The library is louder and busier than ever.

When did the library turn into a place to socialize?

3. Coffee is just about the only thing that gets you through the day.

Have you ever heard the word "decaf" come out of a college kid's mouth? Neither have I.

4. Looking for extra credit from professors:

Come on, how can you say "no" to this face?

5. Trying to keep up with your course load:

Why does it feel like everyone else is always on track except me?

6. When every professor has a big project due on the same day:

No pressure or anything.

7. You find yourself giving yourself a pep talk every other day.

Dragging yourself out of bed for class in the morning gets harder and harder every day.

8. Having a never-ending list of assignments:

Just when you think you've finished everything, five more things get added to your list.

9. Waiting for summer like:

No matter how close it gets, it still feels so far away.

10. Homework usually takes a backseat to Netflix:

Marathoning a new show sounds much less stressful than tackling a pile of homework.

11. Living off of fast food and delivery:

The bank account has seen better days.

12. Going to a full day of classes and activities after pulling an all-nighter:

Running on 45 minutes of sleep just makes me feel more energized.

13. Contemplating dropping out of school every few minutes:

Brainstorming new career paths seems more logical than finishing that five-page essay at 1 a.m.

14. Losing any semblance of motivation:

Writing a one-page reflection suddenly becomes a challenge.

15. Trying to be productive while everyone else goes out for the night:

Getting stuff done knowing all of your friends are out having fun without you is basically impossible.

16. Then randomly getting drunk because it's your only opportunity this week:

Because why not? It's well deserved.

17. Trying to pretend everything's okay and you have everything under control:

Nothing wrong here. Why else would I be smiling like this?

18. Somehow getting an A on the paper you wrote two hours before it was due:

Miracles really do exist.

19. The feeling of submitting your final assignment:

Freedom from school is the sweetest feeling, no matter how old you get.

20. Finishing the semester with a "bang":

At least its finally over... until next semester.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
