Self-care, by definition, is to care for oneself. Besides our daily needs, we need to treat yourself to some sort of care, ranging from sleeping in, to buying a new outfit. To start, here are some ideas to help you take better care of yourself daily, instead of just once in a while.
1. Shower or take a bath every day
By showering or taking a bath every day, you will be able to wash away the day's troubles. It will also help you sleep or start your day off fresh. It helps relax the body and mind.
2. Drink water and eat healthily
By taking this little step to make sure you get your eight glasses of water a day and to eat all your greens, your body and your mind will thank you.
3. Get eight hours of sleep each night
It might seem like you never can do this, but maybe leaving that assignment undone or leaving your friend's place a little early with help you feel rejuvenated the following day. Skipping out on a night out every once in a while will help you in the long run.
4. Face mask once a week
