Self-care plays a huge role in your mental health. Sunday is the first day of the week. Start it right by dedicating a portion of your Sunday to yourself. You will be surprised how much this will improve your attitude for the rest of the week.
1. Wash your bedding and make your bed.
Getting into a bed of fresh, clean sheets always feels like you're on cloud nine.
2. Draw yourself a bath and light some candles.
Dim the lights, put on your favorite podcast, and light your favorite scented candles!
4. Relax in a face mask.
Follow your face mask by a full-blown skin care regimen. That should consist of masking, cleansing, toner, spot treatment, moisturizer, anti-aging serum, eye cream, and eyelash serum if you really want to look your best by the morning.
4. Binge watch your favorite TV show.
Some of my favorite TV shows on Netflix are "The Office," "Grey's Anatomy," and "Dexter." Don't forget your snacks!
5. Plan the rest of your week.
Prevent yourself from becoming stressed throughout the week by planning ahead. List your weekly goals, take note of your upcoming events, and make your to-do lists. Be productive!
