The weeks, months, and this year, in general, have flown by and New Year's Eve seems to be right around the corner. It is known that with New Year's comes what we call New Year's resolution - something that some people enjoy and other's dread more than anything. A New Year's resolution is defined as,
"A tradition in which a person resolves to change an undesired trait or behavior, to accomplish a personal goal or otherwise improve their life."
You have had the whole year to plan out your resolutions for the upcoming year but it seems like that thought does not come into your head until you hear champagne bottles popping in the background or until you are waiting patiently to see the ball drop in Times Square. In a state of panic you take out your phone or grab the closest pen and napkin, this is when the resolutions flood your mind. At this point, it just seems like there no time to even begin to write all of your resolutions down. Let alone, write down resolutions that relate to you and it just might be easier to scribble down resolutions that you've heard year after year.
While you are scrambling to mark down resolutions to make this upcoming year better than ever, try to avoid the top 25 resolutions that are used each and every year because only eight percent of people stick to them.
