After a long day at school with tons of homework, class time, and tests and quizzes, it is often difficult to remember the great moments that occurred throughout the day. Whether it’s a funny quote that a teacher said that caught your attention or a campus event that was very enjoyable, Line A Day is here to capture every moment. With its easy to use interface, you will find a simple way to keep track of what the highlights of your day are.
The daily reminders are a must because they give you notifications to write at least one line daily. The app gives users the ability to write text as well as pictures, locations, and voice recordings. The ability to create multiple profiles to write on is very important to me. I find that I want to share moments in my day with different people that I would not like my whole friend group to see. Therefore, I created multiple profiles to share with different friend groups.
The app can do much more than share words with your friends. While the app has social capabilities, the most important part is keeping track of moments that you reflect on as being the most enjoyable. Through the process of logging the best moments of your day, you are able to remember the positive activities of that day. This helps make the most of your days and look forward to logging the next enjoyable moment in a day.
A UMD sophomore, Benjamin Taragin, is in charge of creating and marketing this app and has put a lot of effort to be able to make this possible. I think this is especially impressive to be able to create an app that helps solve an everyday problem of days becoming murky and hard to remember. This app does a great job at impacting students lives in a positive way. To download the app, Click Here.
