We've all been there. We've been exhausted, drained, stressed. Sometimes we just need to step back for a moment and breathe. Everyone has a different way of handling stress. Find the best methods for you! Here are 13 things you can do that may help you relax and breathe a little easier.
1. Take a nice hot shower or bath.
Bath bombs, shower gel, and candles on hand, of course.
2. Read a good book.
Reading may not be your thing, but if you find something you're interested in, reading can be very enjoyable!
3. Watch your favorite Netflix shows.
You know which ones they are. I've seen FRIENDS at least 15 times.
4. Eat a food you know you always enjoy.
Oreos, anyone?
5. Hang out with your loved ones.
Whether they're your friends, family, or furry four-legged buddies, spend some time with them.
6. Get your nails done.
But maybe don't spend too much money.
7. Meditate.
Meditating helps you focus and relaxes your mind and body.
8. Exercise or do yoga.
Just be careful, okay?
9. Listen to your favorite tunes.
Singing in the shower is a great way to practice for the Grammys.
10. Breathe.
This may seem silly, but sometimes we do in fact forget to breathe. Just take a moment to stop and take a meaningful breath.
11. Write.
Write it down! Writing can help you process whatever you may be going through that you needed a break from in the first place.

Floating on water and hearing all the beautiful sounds of nature can be very soothing, but don't drink the water!
13. Take some time to be alone with yourself.
Do whatever you need and know whats best for you. I love just being with myself sometimes.
