When your Recruitment Chair says that we are going to practice running through the skit one more time:

Waking up at 5 a.m. to get ready for the first round:

Lining up for the first party and realizing the fate of your chapter is lying on your shoulders:

When Recruitment finally starts and you get to talk to your potential future sisters about how great your sorority is:

You're running on about three hours of sleep, you're tired of smiling, and your Recruitment Chair says we have two more parties left:

But, then your coveted "rush crush" decides not come back the next day:

*Everyone ugly crying on pref day because we all really just love each other*

Finally, Recruitment is over and the only thing left to do is clean up and go catch up on some sleep.

And realizing it was all worth it when you get to welcome your new sisters to your amazing sisterhood on Bid Day.
