25 Questions The 'Gilmore Girls' Revival Needs To Answer

It’s finally happening! 'Gilmore Girls' will be airing four 90-minute episodes on Netflix sometime next year. Not much information has been given about what will happen in the show, but we do know that it will take place in real time, meaning they will jump to present day. We also know that Lauren Graham (Lorelai), Alexis Bledel (Rory), Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore), and Scott Patterson (Luke) have been confirmed to be in the new episodes. There are also rumors that Rory’s love interests (Dean, Jess, and Logan) will be returning! Since the show will be filmed in present day, there are a few questions we need answered. Twenty-five to be exact.

  1. Are Lorelai and Luke finally going to get together for good?
  2. Will Luke let her be a part of his daughter April’s life?
  3. What will April’s mom think about that?
  4. Did Rory become as successful as she wanted?
  5. How was the president’s campaign trail?
  6. Has she met someone else, or is Logan still a contender for her heart?
  7. Has Logan moved on or will he come back and fight for Rory?
  8. Has he taken over his father’s newspaper empire yet?
  9. What happened to Dean? He better not go after Rory again if she’s still single.
  10. Did Kirk ever find a real, stable job?
  11. Is he still the richest man in Stars Hollow?
  12. Does Miss Patty still have her dance studio?
  13. Are Paris and Doyle still together?
  14. Does Paris still craft?
  15. How are Sookie and her family?
  16. Edward Herrmann (Richard Gilmore) died in real life, will his character die on the show?
  17. How will the family handle his death if his character does die?
  18. How is Emily Gilmore doing?
  19. How many maids has she had since the last episode?
  20. Do Lorelai and Rory still go to her house for Friday-night dinners?
  21. How are Lane and Zack and the twins?
  22. What is Taylor up to? Is he still annoying everyone in Stars Hollow?
  23. Is the Dragonfly Inn still standing or has Sookie burned it down?
  24. Does Michel still work there? Is he happy yet?
  25. What will Lorelai and Rory think of Miley Cyrus and the other pop stars of today?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
