As a freshman at Penn State, I have several questions for Penn State regarding the return to campus after spring break. Since I must utilize the dorms, I am curious about some of the on-campus COVID restrictions. Additionally, I want to know about some of the university's plans over break.
1. Are the rumors true that Penn State students will not be allowed to return in the spring?
2. Will the Creamery be open full time upon our return?
3. Is on-campus COVID testing still available for students who live nearby?
4. What dorm restrictions will remain the same, and which will change?
5. Are common spaces being cleaned over the break?
6. Is there a set date of return to the dorms for freshmen?
7. How will the university try to handle rising cases over break?
8. Will COVID testing be required again for students to return?
9. Does randomized testing still take place over the winter break?
10. How will the university try to maintain the mental health of their students upon their return?
