Europe has a lot to offer, the 50 countries bring lots of different cultures and different ways of living. One of the perks of living in Europe is that you can easily travel to other countries. I live in the Netherlands and if I drive 6 hours in my car I can end up in France after driving through and visiting Belgium and Luxembourg. That's four countries in a very short amount of time.
This summer I visited Spain again. Since I was a small kid I have been going camping with my parents- often to France, Italy or Spain. But this was my first time camping in three years. Those vacations are mostly "relax vacations." You don't really do much and just go to the beach. This year I visited the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret de Mar), a place known for its nightlife. Not that I really took part in that, I mostly just enjoyed the sun.
Last year was something else, though. Last year I went on a roadtrip across Eastern Europe, by train. In a month we visited 9 countries and got a taste of their culture and see the different landscapes. We visited Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Poland and Italy. It was a very unique experience and it was easier to do because I was already very used to European travel.
So I would say that travel is really good for your development, I think that you can learn a lot from different environments and people from other places. I'm really glad I live in a place where I can easily experience these different ways of living. I recommend everyone to visit sometime.
