Passions can be lost, but what you do after that is what matters.

The Passions We Have Are What Make Us Who We Are

We all have many passions that shape us into who we are. For me, these passions have changed a lot throughout the course of my life as they do for others as well. However, all of the passions we have to affect the world in different ways but lead to the same thing: a sense of accomplishment once you are done with it.

One thing that I have learned through my passions is that I tend to forgive different faults easily since I do not really like to hold grudges. This is said to be a good trait to have since it allows me to show who I truly am to others, and it makes me someone who people will come to if they have any problems. This changes the world because if there were not as many people like me than this world would be the world of terror. In addition, if there was a world of terror then there would be absolutely any kindness, generosity, but there will be fighting all over the place. Therefore, if there are people that are magnanimous then this world will still have peace and generosity.

Next is swimming. I used to swim all the time. Swimming was one of the topmost priorities that I had in my life. It was a top priority because I loved it and I never got sick of it. This affected the world because it gave me a goal that I wanted to meet. The goal of possibly swimming at a high enough level to get scholarships from it. However, after a big injury that has since prevented me from swimming competitively, that goal has vanished, but new goals have been made since then.

One of the new goals that I have made is to become a doctor. It is a life goal of mine since I like to help people not only in my community but also outside of it in order to make them feel better. This affects the world because if there was no one to help the people in the community and society then they would just suffer. And if they suffer, then there will eventually be no life on Earth. If there are people that care about human health than those people who need help can be taken care of in the correct manner ensuring a healthy life ahead.

n the end, as we have heard before "Passion rebuilds the world for the youth. It makes all things alive and significant." This was said by Ralph Waldo Emerson. This quote makes us believe who we really are because in the human body passion is everything and we can never let go of it. Just like I will never forget my goal of swimming at a high level, my dream of a doctor and the importance of being generous in forgiving. Passion can never be lost, but the right time to do it can go away.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
