It's been almost 10 years since "Bon Voyage," the final episode of "Gilmore Girls," aired. I remember how devastated I was watching the last scene knowing that there would be no more episodes of one of my favorite shows. Now, to my very pleasant surprise, Netflix is creating new episodes of "Gilmore Girls" (Netflix, this is amazing but still doesn't excuse your removal of "Doctor Who"). To celebrate the impending revival, here are 18 things I'm looking forward to seeing in the new episodes (if I were to put them all we'd be here a while).

1. Paris Gellar

I'm very curious to see where Paris is now. Is she a doctor, a lawyer or something else?

2. Michelle

Oh, Michelle.

3. Rory and her love of books

Rory and I are twins when it comes to loving books.

4. COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE

Do I even need to explain?

5. Friday Night Dinner

I always loved the Friday Night Dinner scenes, though they'll never be the same as they were before (RIP Edward Herrmann).

6. Lorelai's 'advice'

You have to love Lorelai. Most of Lorelai's motherly advice was pretty sound, like when Rory had her first breakup:

7. Luke Danes

Luke was one of my favorite characters (along with Lorelai, Rory and Jess), so I look forward to seeing him in the revival. And no episode of "Gilmore Girls" would be complete without......

8. A Luke Danes rant

Whether it's "Star Wars," Taylor's latest shenanigans or Manhattan, Luke has a rant for anything and I hope there will be at least one in the revival episodes.

9. JESS!!!!!!!!

I love Jess and I can't wait to see him in these upcoming episodes.

10. Logan

Like with Paris, I'm very curious to see where Logan is in his life. Will he and Rory get back together or did he find someone new? Honestly, I'm hoping for the latter because I'm also looking forward to......

11. Literati <3

Rory and Jess (aka Literati) are in my top two favorite couples. I really hope they get back together in the revival-that would be straight up AWESOME!

12. Emily Gilmore

13. The girls' love of food

14. Java Junkie

Omg, YES! Luke and Lorelai are my other favorite couple and I'm so excited to see where they are now.

15. The girls' fangirl lifestyle

What new pop-culture references will the girls use this time around? What new movies and shows will they watch?

16. Lorelai Gilmore

Lorelai is my absolute favorite character and I can't wait to see what she's up to.

17. How relatable the girls are

18. The mother-daughter relationship between Lorelai and Rory

Lorelai and Rory are the heart of the show. I've always admired their relationship and hope to (one day in the far FAR future) have a similar relationship with my own children. I would love to see how Rory and Lorelai's relationship has developed in this near-decade.

I hope everyone enjoys the "Gilmore Girls" revival. Copperboom!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
