You've probably heard of overnight oats before, they're easy, healthy, and keep you full. Overnight oats are oatmeal recipes that you make at night, put in the fridge, and enjoy the next morning. Usually, people use mason jars to keep the overnight oats sealed tight and stay fresh, but you can also just use Tupperware or a mug/bowl with saran wrap over it to keep it sealed. Overnight oats are simple to make and make your early mornings so much easier. You can also be creative with overnight oats by adding different fruits, chia seeds, or some peanut butter to them to make a tasty and healthy breakfast. They can be made to fit any diet or eating habit by adding different kinds of milk, yogurts or toppings.

Here are 10 overnight oats recipes to make tonight.

1. Classic

Make your overnight oats a simple classic. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup. For an extra crunch, add some chia seeds and/or granola.

2. Fruity

Sweet with fruit and delicious. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, granola, strawberries, raspberries, and maybe blueberries. You can add any fruit to overnight oats and it will be yummy. If you want the fruit to be less soggy, just add it to the top the next morning!

3. Peanut Butter

Peanut butter goes great in everything, especially oatmeal. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, crunchy or creamy peanut butter, and a little bit of maple syrup.

4. Banana Chocolate Chip

Get your morning chocolate fix! Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, banana, and vanilla extract.

5. Pumpkin

This may be better for the fall, but still a tasty breakfast. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.

6. Extra Chocolate

A breakfast treat. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and a little bit of salt, you can also top it off with semi-sweet mini chocolate chips.

7. Vanilla Almond

Sweet and crunchy. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, sliced raw almonds, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

8. Coconut

Substitute coconut milk for regular milk if you love coconut. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, honey, and toasted coconut flakes.

9. Vegan

Any of these recipes can become vegan if you substitute the milk and yogurt among other things. Add in oats, almond/soy milk, banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.

10. Blueberry & Brown Sugar

Fruity and sweet. Add in oats, plain greek yogurt, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, blueberries, and granola.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better.
