Often it is easy to associate complexity with the art of being happy and radiating positivity. Nevertheless, being happy does not always have to be a sort of 12-step program. Rather, being happy has everything to do with consistency and self-awareness.

In my short 21 years around the sun, I have learned that radiating positivity can be difficult in a world full of reoccurring negative events. Yet, I have learned that mastering two simple character traits can enable me to control the type of energy that I put into the atmosphere.

While being consistent may be difficult, it plays an important role in achieving the task of radiating positivity at all times. Often, they may be necessary to have people in your life that are willing to hold you accountable. However, it is then essential to develop a keen sense of self-awareness as everyone's perception and level of forgiveness varies from person to person. To ensure that you are radiating positivity that is personalized to your being, you must develop your sense of self-awareness.

Portraying the internal positivity into external actions is far from easy. Yet, by keeping things simple and staying away from the complexities that can come with overthinking and external secular influences will allow you to master the energy that you put into the atmosphere and matriculate in your day to day life.
