Whenever someone hears the word diet they automatically think weight loss. Thing is, that is not always the case.

Some people use dieting to help with different things for the body. Things like mental focus, sleep, a big event coming up, or to lose weight. All the positive things about dieting but the majority see weight loss.

I am young adult female and weight approximately 125 or 128 pounds. I like my weight, but I am trying out the keep diet to help with mental focus and energy.

Although it has many other good things those are curial since I am in college.

But if you are wanting to loose weight good for you! I encourage you and wish you well. The thing that irritates me when I tell people this is when they do a double take and ask why and say I'm already tiny. Yes, you think that, but I'm doing this for my well being.

Your well being should be the biggest priority to you. If you can help yourself become happy then that is goal in itself.

Dieting and working out are two things that everyone goes to for losing weight. Some use it to get back into shape or to better themselves. If you are wanting to start working out pr dieting.

Do it. Try something new and get outside of your comfort zone. You can always find awesome recipes online for certain diets. There are also apps for health and fitness you can find.

For those not wanting gym membership but still wanna work out then you can find good at home workout routines that require no weights just your body.

Working out to me is a getaway and stress reliever. It helps me feel good and get my day started. Sometimes early morning yoga is a good way to start the day.

Relaxing and refreshing. Clears the mind and stretches out the muscles.

But for those who are wanting a way to feel better about themselves, live a better life, get healthy, or try different things. I encourage you and will support you through anything.

Don't let others put you down for what you are doing. Always stay positive and do what you want to do. There will be times you want to quit but don't. Keep pushing forward and the reward will be great.

Set a goal, plan it out, and put into action.

Wellbeing is based on you and the person you want to be not the person others want you to be.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
