Dear pets,
Us owners know that sometimes you feel unappreciated. We don't mean to kick you off our laps (sorry, we really just needed to stand up) or out of your favorite nap spot (seriously, why don't you use your own bed instead of our backpacks). And no, we don't let you eat all of the random human foods that you beg us for (some of those are poisonous to you, and you're supposed to be on a diet anyway). But we do love you a lot, and we were very thankful for you this Thanksgiving.
Finals are about to kick up and a cuddle session with you was just what we needed. You're always there to help us destress and make us laugh after a bad day. Knowing that you'll be there to give us cuddles even if we don't pass our finals helps us make it through the end of the semester. Science has proven that pets help people manage stress and we can all give testament to that. We can't wait to be back home for break so we get back to giving you lots of love.
We promise that you'll be getting lots of toys and treats under the tree this year. You're our best friend and nothing makes us as happy as when you're going nuts over a squeaky toy (even when you wake us up at 4 a.m. and drop it on our faces).
Even when we're scaring you with cucumbers (sorry) or giving you a bath, we love you like crazy. Nothing makes us as happy as when you pick our lap to curl up on. You are our best friend and there's nothing as important as that.
We just want you to know how much we love you and how much we appreciate you.
Sincerely,
Your Owners
