Are you tired of wasting hours reading reviews of restaurants and bars on Yelp! and Google? Well, now thanks to DiDiT NY, a free app that offers experts top picks on where to eat, drink, and entertainment in NYC, the endless searching is over. Stop stressing where to go and make the most of your time with DiDiT NY.

Check out my top picks for food, drinks, and more by clicking https://bnc.lt/Walton. Then, click on my picture in the upper left corner of the list to see my profile, and press the follow button so you can see my new lists the moment they are published!

1. Discover new spots.

Sure you know what to expect when you go to your favorite neighborhood bar, but routine gets boring. Check out DiDiT for an endless selection of quality spots to switch things up for a night. Plus, every list of places is picked by an expert publisher or writer who has put in time and effort to pick the best destinations.

2. Save time.

My personal favorite aspect of the DiDiT NY app is that it is a major time saver. No longer am I spending countless hours looking up new restaurants to dine at or looking for that recommendation I wrote down on a napkin three weeks ago. With DiDiT NY, New York City's best dining options are all at my fingertips, literally.

3. Connect with friends.

When you register for DiDiT NY (for free!) you get a profile to save your favorite lists of places to go. However, you also have the ability to share any lists you like with friends and family by clicking the share button, enabling you to text or email the joint to anyone you want. Additionally, you can check out your friend's profiles on DiDiT NY to see what spots they want to check out. It's so much fun going out for the night with friends that are just excited about a new spot as you are.

4. Keep up with celebs.

That's right. The expert staff a DiDiT NY is committed to releasing lists of celebs' favorite places to wine, dine, and enjoy life in NYC everyday. Just check out the "Celebrity Collections" section in the app to learn where Kylie Jenner, Adele, and Blake Lively hang out in the city.

5. It's budget-friendly.

As a super social college student I love going out friends, but my college student budget doesn't always agree. Thankfully, DiDiT NY offers a ton of inexpensive options to choose from. Now, I don't have to sacrifice experience for affordability.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
