"The Grinch" is one of my all-time favorite movies. No, not just Christmas movies; all movies. I loved it has a child. My eighth grade year of grade-school I came home every day in December, grabbed my after-school snack, and watched "The Grinch" (after "Gilmore Girls" of course). As I get older, I grow to love it more and more. Probably because the Grinch has become more relatable now more than ever.
He hates everyone. Literally everyone. Let's be honest, we all have those days.
When you don't want to go out, but your friends drag you out anyway.
This just explains more than half of my time spent in a day:
When you do something stupid and can't seem to get past it.
So you spend the day doing the following:
When your outfit is on point.
When you catch the "feels."
When you drink a little too much.
What you actually want to do when people piss you off:
When you're just not a people person:
Alone time is a beautiful thing.
When you have come to terms with who you truly are.
You call them like you see them. Whether people like that is not your problem.
When someone compliments you.
So Mr. Grinch you may be a mean one, but I couldn't relate more.
