New Years New You?
Huffington Post

It's the time again when people are saying the current year has been the worst and one a few gems happened in the whole 365 or 364 depending that were decent. Everyone is excited to start over in this new year to better themselves or try something different which isn't at all terrible but of course depending on what and how matters.
This is also the popular time for people to open gym memberships and buy such products in order to get to the shape they've dreamed of. However, we must admit some of us unhappy with our bodies have had the internal monologue of wanting to be the best we can be physically and didn't quite get to that part in the year we promised to such thing and more.
Staying motivated is hard even with a strong wanting to be fit or stronger it is still physical effort to put into and deal with things many people aren't used to.
But where there is a will there is a way,
Many have stated that to keep up the routine of something and make it more as a hobby than a chore is to do it continuously for 21 days, the science behind this is that over that course your body will adjust to accepting this strange new routine as the new normal and desire it after that amount of days and it'll just become natural with giving the benefits.
With that a recommendation would be to start your new years goal a few months ahead of time in order to get your body and mind in this new routine. On the plus side you don't need to be in a gym or diet or whatever plan you can motivate yourself in different and out of the ordinary areas.
Everything sounds way better in paper than actually doing it which is understandable. No one likes getting out of their comfort zone under pressure which is also logical, so, in order to not dread this new you baby steps will aid in this transformation.
To clarify this isn't only dealing with weight but it could be switching ones introvert personality to extrovert, finding a stress reliever, or anything anyone wants to change.
New years is a great way to have a new "chapter" in peoples lives and a perfect excuse to just do out of routine projects.
Self motivation is key and that can come in many ways, few suggested would be; paying yourself like saving dollars and coins for a well done task, post it notes with encouraging phrases, or an end of the year award saved up like a trip or luxury.
Everyone should find a way to better themselves and only to do it for themselves. Vanity and beauty and materialistic items don't last long so hopefully people do their goals for themselves.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
