Crowdtap is a fun site that I have discovered through a Facebook group! You sign up through your FB or through your email. Once you get on the site with your account you can start earning points. You answer some questions based on the topics you choose, and to be honest most questions are sooo easy. Here is how to navigate through the site!

1. Your account

Once you create your account, a screen will pop up like this. It tells you at the top right how many points you have to get in order to redeem your prize. After each “mission” it will refresh and update your points, so you don’t have to keep track of your points yourself.

To complete a mission (which is essentially a question per mission) you’ll want to click on some topics that describe parts of your life. So for example, if you like to shop or eat, there are categories that suit those. Those list of topics will ask you questions and you will give them an answer.

2. Fill in the blank questions.

There will be questions where it is fill in the blank like this, but they end up counting more when points are added. These “missions” usually count for 20 points, so they are pretty worth it! Some question will like a little differently than the fill in the black though!

3. There are multiple-choice questions.

So it gives you choices when you are answering those types, after that, it will show you the percentages on what others answered for those questions, so you can get a feel if you what you think is similar to others.

I think that is pretty cool! These multiple choice questions sometimes have you pick one answer, two answers, and sometimes even three answers.

So it is good to read the directions at the top of the question so that you make sure you don’t leave any answers out! For these questions, it is typically 2-4 points that you earn!

4. There are brands.

After you check to see if there are in questions left to answer in your dashboard, you can go and see if there are any brands that you want to connect with to complete some tasks with them! Sometimes they will have you tweet out a funny video or to share a recipe.

So you will want to make sure you have one of your social media accounts linked to your profile so that you can easily share the content to get your points!

Brands will also allow you to “apply” to sample out some of their products, so you will want to be in the loop about what products to sample. You will have to do a review, but the review will get you more points for completing the reviews when you receive the products.

That is pretty much there is to it, you’ll check your notifications at the top from time to time to see what is going on with your brands, your rewards (Amazon gift cards and FREE swag). So you will want to check that when it is green. I hope you enjoy this website as much as I do, and hope you sign up. Happy Crowd tapping my friends!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
